The core idea: a digital business model can only be operated autonomously in any meaningful way if it is expressed as business processes. At its centre, therefore, is the process organisation of quality processes — deliberately kept universal so it transfers to any business model. From the same architecture the commercial part emerges, designed as a multi-tenant SaaS. What the platform will do in concrete terms we will announce at a later date.
